Personal certification is carried out in accordance with the requirements of standards and regulations, which enable companies to constantly improve the quality of services and products.

Upon successful fulfillment of the requirements set in the certification process, the certified person will receive an internationally recognized qualification certificate.

One of the preconditions for the production of any high-security product is the use of certified welders and brazers according to the specific needs of the product.

The qualification of welders and brazers is a process during which, in accordance with the requirements of minimum international standards, it is determined whether the qualification meets the production requirements of the respective product.

During the certification exam, the welder or brazer demonstrates their practical skills. During the qualification exam, all the circumstances related to the planned work were taken into account, incl. brand of metal materials, their properties, thickness, methods and other parameters.

Our center is accredited by the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau LATAK in accordance with the requirements of the European standard EN ISO / IEC 17024, it is competent to certify the professional competence of welders in accordance with the EN ISO 9606 standard and to certify the professional competence of brazing solderers in accordance with the EN 13585 standard.

Quality assurance of welding and brazing consists of several stages, one of which is the qualification of welders, welding operators and brazing, which aims to standardize the competence of welders and brazing. The welder and brazer are approved for pressure welding and brazing equipment in accordance with EU Directive 2014/68 / EU.

The certificate of welder and brazer is valid for 3 years, for welding operators and regulators of welding equipment - 5 years. Our certificate is suitable for welding any type of product. The certificate is valid throughout the European Union.
